I’d send you a kit so you can make and launch your own water rocket. It’s made from 2 litre bottles, you fill it with water, pump it up with a foot pump, and see it launch about 100m into the air! I’ll send a couple kits to each class, and in June we’re doing an attempt at a world record for most water rockets launched simultaenously, and you school can take part in that.

i would use it to fund a school trip to a national lab here in the UK so that people could get a look around at some of the cutting edge engineering at forefront of science

The grand plan is to create a “solar-powered-lego-man-drag-racing” competition!!!! I’ll use the money to buy some equipment (such as big lights, solar panels, motors and some lego) and then go out to schools (or they come here) and get you to design and build the cars – then we’ll race them! I’m excited!

      How does that sound?

Man, all their answers are great!

The truth is, I want to give the money to someone who can use it to help make engineering and science less mysterious and show people how cool and exciting it can be. I’m going to ask people who know a lot more about science and engineering education and charity to help me find the perfect place where it can do the most good!
