• Question: who is the most creative in your team?

      There’s a chap in my team called Andy – he’s very creative and always comes up with loads of ideas. It’s great because a really effective team needs all sorts of personality types.

      One of the senior scientists over me, Ben, is the most creative. It turns out that we often feed of his energy and ideas and end up having better ideas ourselves because of it.

      I think most people are creative in some way, but it’s not always obvious. I know I’m the only person in the team who sits at lunch-time drawing cartoons, but a friend on the team is awesome with photoshop and can make some really beautiful images out of ordinary pictures. I’m sure most of the others in my team so something creative too, I just don’t know what!

      So for the sake of argument, counting known hobbies and the like, it’s probably me, but I wouldn’t swear to that in court 😉
